Free Express Shipping on all U.S. orders.

We ship all domestic orders through UPS or USPS. You are able to choose your preferred provider and service at check out. We offer free shipping on all orders which typically arrive 1-4 days after leaving our Los Angeles warehouse.

All orders are sent within 48 hours of being placed.

We have a 30-day exchange and return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item is shipped to start an exchange or return.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Exchanges within the U.S. are free. Returns within the U.S. are charged a flat fee of $9. This covers the cost of return shipping and re-stocking.

The flat return fee will be deducted from the order's final refund amount after the return is received and accepted. There is only one fee charged per return regardless of the number of items being returned.

Items sent back to us without making a return through our store will not be accepted.

Payments

We offer a wide range of payment methods at check out and accept all major credit cards. All customer information, payments and cardholder data are kept secure with Shopify Secure PCI compliant hosting.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
