Refund policy
We have a 30-day exchange and return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item is shipped to start an exchange or return.

Flat Return Shipping Fees:
- Exchanges - Free
- Returns for refund - $9
- Returns for store credit - Free
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
The flat return fee is to cover the cost of return shipping and re-stocking. The flat return fee will be deducted from the order's final refund amount after return is received and accepted.
Items sent back to us without making a return through our store will not be accepted.
Shipping fees paid to receive your order are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without justification.
You are permitted to inspect the items to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. However, you may be held liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to do so.
How to cancel your order:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use our dedicated cancellation portal. No account or login is required. You will simply need your order details and email address.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
